The long wait for Bentley fans is over. Just recently, the British automaker has launched the much-anticipated 2018 Continental GT, which is inspired by the EXP 10 Speed 6 Concept.
The flagship sedan comes with a lower front end and longer bonnet. Around the back, it sports slimmer, circular LED rear taillights which are a perfect match to the exhaust tips.
Though already ultra-luxurious, the Continental GT’s interior has been further spruced up and comes with authentic wood trim, hand-polished chrome accents and the traditional quilted leather upholstery.
Plus, a high-definition digital display replaces the traditional analogue gauges. Road trips will also become more filled with entertainment, thanks to a 12.3-inch infotainment system which is concealed behind an elegant veneer panel.
To deliver an impressive performance, the First Edition or launch models will be equipped with twin-turbo W12. They will also be fitted with an eight-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox to channel 626 horsepower to each corner, hence enabling the luxury coupe to hit 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds before having a top speed of 333 km/h.
Reports say that production for the 2018 Continental GT will commence later this year with sales of the model anticipated to begin in the early summer of next year.
